Jane Thurnell-Read practised kinesiology from1982, and health kinesiology from 1987 to 2005. She taught health kinesiology for eleven years. Although based in the UK, she also taught and saw clients in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Russia and the USA. She draws on her wealth of experience and insights to offer an illuminating account of this unique approach to health and well-being.
The many case studies from the work of Jane and other practitioners recount how health kinesiology has helped overcome such problems as allergies, eczema, arthritis, asthma, hay fever, irritable bowel syndrome, vertigo, infertility, hormonal problems, migraine, stress, panic attacks and lack of self confidence. Those written by the clients themselves are particularly fascinating and sometimes moving.
There appear to be few limits to the scope of this seemingly unbelievable system. In the words of the founder, Jimmy Scott “Through HK a person can become who they were designed to be.”

I wish I had returned this book. It doesn't give you any indept information.Too general.
Do you want to know what energy medicine, specifically the kind called Health Kinesiology can do for you? Jane has laid out the scope and possibilities. It is not a how to book, but a what can you achieve book. Get inspired and get your health back on the road.
I bought this book with the hopes of learning some basic information about HK, but the book does not contain a single bit of useful information. It is just one big advertisement. For that, I would not have paid money. It is full of cases of people who were cured with HK, but the book does not provide you with a single why or how.
I myself am a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, and with experience in the feild of energetics and alternative health, I was looking for a practical introduction to HK, some basic techniques... But, alas I was sorely disappointed with this useless book.
